CMD Labs aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all pages of cmdlabs.org. We design, build, and review with accessibility as a default — not an afterthought.

What we do

• Sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
• Semantic HTML with descriptive headings and landmarks for screen readers.
• Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements.
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful images.
• Responsive layouts that scale to 200% without breaking.
• Clear, plain language — no unnecessary medical jargon.

Service accessibility

• Home visits for patients who cannot travel to our facility.
• Phone and WhatsApp bookings for patients who prefer not to use the website.
• Subsidised pricing so cost is never a barrier to care.
• Staff trained to assist elderly patients, persons with disabilities, and non-English speakers (English, Twi, Fante).
