By booking a test, visiting our facility, or using cmdlabs.org, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — they explain your rights and our obligations.

1. Our services

CMD Labs is a licensed diagnostic laboratory operating in the Central Region of Ghana. We provide sample collection (home visits and at-facility), laboratory testing, and secure result delivery.

2. Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed when our team contacts you with a scheduled time.
• You must provide accurate identity, contact, and clinical information.
• You may cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 2 hours before your appointment.

3. Payment

Prices for each test are published on our Tests page. Payment is due before results are released, unless a subsidised or community-outreach arrangement is in place.

4. Results

• Results are released within 24 hours of sample receipt unless otherwise stated.
• Reports are delivered as password-protected PDFs via WhatsApp or email.
• Results are for informational purposes — always consult a qualified clinician for diagnosis and treatment.

5. Limitation of liability

CMD Labs follows AHPC-aligned quality standards. Our liability is limited to re-performing the test or refunding the fee paid, except where law provides otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit fraudulent booking information.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
